Special Care Situations
We’re Prepared For More
In addition to the other home care services we offer, we’re also prepared to provide support for a range of special care situations. These might include when a care seeker needs more one-on-one attention in an assisted living facility, assistance and monitoring after surgery or rehab to aid in their daily activities and prevent re-hospitalization, and nurse check-ins tailored for Medicaid clients, also called “CFI custodial nursing”. Our caregivers ensure comprehensive support to enhance recovery and quality of life in those special health care needs.
How Guardian Home Care of NH Can Help
If a home health agency can help with medical care after surgery and rehab, caregivers from a non-medical home care provider like Guardian Home Care of NH can take over after the home health benefits run out, specifically by monitoring and assisting in daily activities, helping to prevent falls, relapses, injuries, or re-hospitalization.
They also provide one-on-one personal care and companionship in assisted living facilities. For Medicaid clients, we offer CFI custodial nursing services where a nurse checks in regularly on our clients’ condition and medication intake.
