Our Michigan Team

Daneille Sykes
Office Administrator
With 17 years in the healthcare industry, Daneille Sykes serves as the Office Administrator at Guardian Home Care of MI. Her career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, driven by a passion to positively impact lives through acts of kindness, love, support, and service.

Daneille is a dedicated advocate, committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals receiving care at home, particularly through Michigan’s Home Help Program, which empowers family caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized support to their loved ones.
Currently completing her degree in Healthcare Administration, she combines extensive experience with academic knowledge to ensure exceptional service for clients, their families, and professional referral sources seeking reliable care providers.
Outside of work, Daneille enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, traveling, engaging in outdoor activities, baking, and attending professional and college sporting events. She especially delights in cheering for the marching bands during Michigan State University and University of Michigan games, as she has a son at each institution, making these events extra special.

Iris Bond
Senior Family Care Specialist
Iris Bond brings over 26 years of experience in social services to her role as Patient Relations Administrator at Guardian Home Care of MI. Iris has spent her career helping individuals and families navigate difficult situations, always with a focus on dignity, safety, and support.

With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Management, Iris combines thoughtful leadership with a practical, client-centered approach. She is committed to ensuring each person she works with feels heard, respected, and cared for. Outside of work, Iris enjoys jogging, hitting the gym, and spending time with her family. Her passion for helping others isn’t just part of her job—it’s part of who she is.

Thomas Ross
Client Service Coordinator
Thomas Ross is a client-focused professional with over five years of experience in intake coordination, customer service, and compliance support across diverse industries. As Client Service Coordinator at Guardian Home Care of MI, he brings a strong track record of guiding clients through onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with complex program requirements.

Prior to joining Guardian, Thomas served as a Client Intake & Services Coordinator at the National Veteran Business Development Council, where he supported veteran-owned businesses through certification processes with care and precision. His background also includes key roles at Crypton LLC, Volkswagen Group, and United Wholesale Mortgage, where he gained deep experience in CRM systems, eligibility verification, and timely issue resolution. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Thomas pairs his professional strengths with a personal passion for technology, gaming, and sports. A proud Detroit Lions and Pistons fan, he brings the same dedication and collaborative energy to his work—always focused on delivering responsive, high-quality support to clients and team members alike.
