Every client has a different story, and with that, different needs. We provide the following services through the Home Help program using family caregivers, and also support with individualized care plans tailored to our clients’ specific needs and wants.

Many Michigan residents who provide care to or receive care from family or friends don’t know all the benefits available through MI’s Medicaid Home Help program and approved agency providers like Guardian Home Care of MI. We’re proud to offer guidance and services.

Senior Care

We love caring for older adults. Through the Home Help program, our compassionate family caregivers provide the attention they need and are guided to assist in various ways to preserve their freedom, safety, and dignity.

Disability Care

Our family caregivers, through the Home Help program, are dedicated to supporting those affected by physical or mental disabilities, including stroke, mobility issues, Parkinson’s, cerebral palsy, TBI, schizophrenia, and more.

Personal Care and Companionship

We help family caregivers get paid to assist their loved ones with activities of daily living, such as bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation. We also help them receive wages and benefits for providing companionship and emotional support to meet socialization needs.

Coming soon, we’re expanding our services to hire our own caregivers and nurses to address a wide range of needs, such as providing individual attention and care in assisted living facilities, offering assistance and monitoring post-surgery or rehab to prevent readmission, and conducting nurse check-ins for Medicaid clients.

Client Stories

“Anne is hands down the most wonderful aide I’ve ever had. She takes care of everything I need–laundry, cleaning, and more. She’s always there for me, even in the middle of the night. I really appreciate all her hard work, and I just love when she comes by. Anne is the sweetest, and I want everyone to know how much she means to me”.
