Frail Elderly Care
Support for adults aged 65+ who need help with daily activities, who meet the level-of-care criteria for nursing home care, but wish to remain at home. Services may be covered through the FE waiver, private pay, or available grant programs.
Physical Disability Care
Brain Injury Support
Care for individuals recovering from traumatic or non-degenerative brain injuries, such as from a stroke, fall, or car accident with or without head trauma. Services may be covered through the BI waiver, private pay, or available grant programs.
Family & Friend Caregiver Support
We help eligible family members and friends get paid to care for their loved ones at home, either through our agency-directed model or self-directed care with Financial Management Services (FMS). Available through waivers, MCOs, Senior Care Act, and the Older Americans Act (with background check approval).
