Have a compassionate heart when it comes to caring for people.
Be organized, highly communicative, and able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.
Have reliable transportation, preferably a valid driver’s license for tasks like shopping and running errands.

Depending on the role you’re applying for, a nurse, a clinical director, or a director will review your skills and the added value they bring for the role.
You send background check, references, and KBI background check (Kansas Bureau of Investigation).
If it’s a great match, hooray! We give you a verbal offer over the phone and orientation is scheduled. At orientation, we give you the written offer to sign.
