Jennifer Prouse
With over two decades of experience in the home care industry, beginning as a CNA at age 18 and advancing into management, Jennifer brings deep knowledge, professionalism, and heart to her role. Her vision is to help Guardian Home Care of Kansas become the most trusted and responsive provider in the region.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Kathryn Taylor
With over 18 years in healthcare, including medical records, coding, scheduling, and six years in MCO coordination for long-term services, Kathryn is deeply familiar with the Kansas Medicaid system. She fosters an environment where clients feel heard, supported, and respected.
She also volunteers with local art and fashion programs and enjoys crafting, sewing, hiking, and camping.

Jamaica Carruthers
She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has held diverse roles, including dietary aide, assistant store manager, and customer service representative. Her background allows her to bridge clinical and administrative functions with empathy and efficiency. Jamaica is committed to creating a welcoming, well-organized environment for clients and staff alike.
She is also a proud mother of two and values kindness, resilience, and authentic connection in both work and life.

Aimee Wilson, MSN
With a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and over 11 years of leadership experience, Aimee draws on a broad clinical background that includes 18 years in emergency medicine, 15 years in occupational health, 11 years in home health, and 10 years as an educator. She is also trained in forensic nursing.
Aimee’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. She is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning and community health.
