About Guardian Home Care of Kansas

Empowering Hearts, Enhancing Homes!
We’ve brought together a team of exceptional, experienced professionals who not only understand the Kansas Medicaid system, grant programs, and caregiver models, but who are also caregivers at heart — some of them family caregivers themselves. From the way we support our staff to the care we provide our clients, we strive to create a culture rooted in dignity, growth, and human connection.

Our Values

At Guardian Home Care of Kansas, we believe that action speaks louder than intention. When it comes to our ultimate goal, mission, and vision, these are the things we value and strive for.

Our Goal

Our goal is to be recognized as one of Kansas’s most trusted and compassionate non-medical home care agencies — known not just for the quality of our services, but for the way we treat people. We’re working to expand access across Central Kansas, invest in staff training, and design care programs that uplift every home and family we serve.

Our Mission

We are here to improve lives. That means helping Kansans live more independently and comfortably in their homes, and making it easier for family members to care for their loved ones with confidence and support. Whether you’re receiving care, giving care, or coordinating services, our mission is to provide dependable, personalized support that enhances daily life.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every Kansan resident has access to the support they need to live with dignity at home, no matter their age, diagnosis, or income level. By combining community engagement, program expertise, and genuine care, we aim to set new standards for what home care should feel like: thoughtful, empowering, and human.

Our Values

At Guardian Home Care USA, we fully acknowledge the importance of action over intention. When it comes to our ultimate goal, mission, and vision, these are the things we value and strive for.
