Everyday Support for Individuals With Disabilities

Living with a physical or mental disability can make everyday activities more challenging, especially without consistent support at home. Depending on the individual’s needs, personal care, mobility, communication, daily routines, socialization, and other day-to-day activities may require additional assistance. The right support can help improve safety, independence, comfort, and overall quality of life.

Our Disability Care Services provide respectful, dependable support for individuals with physical or mental disabilities and long-term care needs. Care is personalized around each person’s abilities, routines, and level of support needed, with help that may include personal care, mobility, homemaking, meals, communication, medication reminders, socialization, and other daily activities.

Our caregivers help make everyday life safer and more manageable while encouraging independence and meaningful participation in daily routines. We also help individuals and families understand Medicaid and private pay options, navigate eligibility and the application process when applicable, and take the next steps toward starting care.
