Our Home Care Services
At Guardian Home Care USA, we envision a future where every individual has access to personalized care services at home that not only meets their needs but increases the quality of their everyday activities and life. Through continuous improvement, community engagement, and a dedication to the highest standards of care, we help with a range of in-home care services to support our clients’ independence, dignity, safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
You Have Options When It Comes to Home-Based Care
Every client has a different story, and with that, different needs. We provide the following services but also create individualized care plans tailored to our clients’ specific needs and wants. Their caregiver can be one we screened and matched or, in some cases, someone the client knows (more on that in the Family Caregiver Program service).
Senior Care
We love caring for older adults. Our compassionate caregivers enjoy giving them the attention they need and are trained to assist in various ways to preserve their freedom, safety, and dignity.
Disability Care
Our caregivers are dedicated to providing support for those affected by physical or mental disabilities, ranging from stroke, mobility issues, Parkinson’s, cerebral palsy, TBI, schizophrenia, and more.
Respite Care
We understand how challenging and lonely being a family caregiver can be. Our caregivers can support family caregivers who need a helping hand, a fresh perspective on their loved one’s condition, or a wellbeing break.
Personal Care and Companionship
When activities of daily living, such as bathing, housekeeping, or meal preparation become challenging, our caregivers are here for assistance. When socialization is lacking, they can also provide companionship and emotional support.
Special Care Situations
We’re committed to helping with a wide range of other needs, such as individual attention and care in assisted living facilities, assistance and monitoring post-surgery and rehab to prevent readmission, as well as nurse check-ins for Medicaid clients.
Family Caregiver Program
Many individuals providing care to or receiving care from family or friends don’t know all the benefits available through their state’s Family Caregiver Program and experienced agencies like Guardian Home Care USA. We’re proud to offer guidance and services.

Client Stories
“Anne is hands down the most wonderful aide I’ve ever had. She takes care of everything I need–laundry, cleaning, and more. She’s always there for me, even in the middle of the night. I really appreciate all her hard work, and I just love when she comes by. Anne is the sweetest, and I want everyone to know how much she means to me”.

FAQs
It’s important to consider your options and particular situation. For instance, if the person needing care can benefit from personal attention and monitoring, is prone to falls, accidents, loneliness, has a decline in a health condition, and is sensitive to unfamiliar environments, their health and physical outcomes may be better with the individualized attention and care that trusted providers such as Guardian Home Care USA can provide at home. For more information on whether home care is better than assisted living, check out this study by BMC Geriatrics.
Absolutely! Check out our “Companionship” services in the Personal Care & Companionship Services page.
It depends on each local office. For example, Guardian Home Care of NH sends invoices out biweekly in the mail.
Yes, that’s a possibility. In that case, the nurse would give safety recommendations for services to be delivered by the caregiver.
