Desiree Daigle, MBA
Director of Operations
As a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Desiree Daigle offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in management and operations as Director of Operations at Guardian Home Care of NH. Her journey in healthcare began as a Home Health Aide, with a passion for serving others and a dedication to making a positive impact in people’s lives.

Desiree works closely with the team to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and exceed the expectations of our clients and their families. Her goal is to empower Caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized care that enables our clients to thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Sheila Kimani
Director of Business Development
As the Director of Business Development at Guardian Home Care NH, Sheila Kimani brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate heart to her role. Through her background as a Case Manager for the New Hampshire Medicaid Choices for Independence (CFI) program, Sheila gained invaluable knowledge for our clients, family caregivers, and case manager partners. Prior to that role, she served as a PCA and Home Health Aide, where she witnessed firsthand the importance of compassionate care in the home setting.

Sheila is a dedicated advocate for keeping clients where they belong–in their home, surrounded by comfort, care, and love provided by their loved ones (through the CFI program) or by Personal Care Service Providers (PCSPs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) hired by Guardian Home Care of NH.

Daneille Sykes
Office Administrator
With 17 years in healthcare, Daneille Sykes is the Office Administrator at Guardian Home Care of MI. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she has consistently aimed to positively impact lives through kindness and service.

Daneille is dedicated to enhancing in-home care, especially via Michigan’s Home Help Program, empowering family caregivers to provide personalized support.

Pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, she blends practical experience with academic knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Outside of work, Daneille enjoys baking, outdoor activities, and attending sporting events, particularly cheering for Michigan State University and the University of Michigan, where her sons are students.
