Desiree Daigle, MBA
Since the company’s inception, she has been instrumental in its expansion across multiple states, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality care at every level.
Desiree’s career in healthcare began as a Home Health Aide, driven by a passion for helping others. She has since advanced through the industry, becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse and earning both a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and an MBA in Healthcare Management. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of care.
In addition to overseeing national operations, Desiree directly leads Guardian Home Care of NH as Director of Operations, where she successfully guided the team through a deficiency-free state survey—an achievement that reflects her dedication to compliance, quality, and excellence in home care. Under her leadership, Guardian Home Care USA continues to expand, setting new standards in home care services nationwide.

Tina Brown
Tina oversees administrative efficiency and leads the billing process to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
With over 17 years of experience in medical billing and coding, Tina expertly manages invoice accuracy, reimbursement processes, and compliance with federal and state regulations across all locations. Her keen attention to detail, reliability, and deep industry knowledge make her an invaluable member of the team.
Tina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is certified in Medical Billing and Coding. Her role demands a strong grasp of home care billing, leadership skills, organizational expertise, and effective cross-department collaboration.

Sheila Kimani
With a background as a Personal Care Assistant and Home Health Aide, she understands the impact of compassionate, quality care firsthand. Sheila works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations, maintain service excellence, and uphold Guardian Home Care’s high standards, including deficiency-free state survey results.

Daneille Sykes
Daneille is dedicated to enhancing in-home care, especially via Michigan’s Home Help Program, empowering family caregivers to provide personalized support.
Pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, she blends practical experience with academic knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Outside of work, Daneille enjoys baking, outdoor activities, and attending sporting events, particularly cheering for Michigan State University and the University of Michigan, where her sons are students.

Iris Bond
With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Management, Iris combines thoughtful leadership with a practical, client-centered approach. She is committed to ensuring each person she works with feels heard, respected, and cared for.
Outside of work, Iris enjoys jogging, hitting the gym, and spending time with her family. Her passion for helping others isn’t just part of her job—it’s part of who she is.
