Britany Walker
Britany brings experience in human resources leadership, operations management, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development across healthcare and service-based industries. Her background has helped her develop a strong focus on communication, organizational growth, and creating supportive workplace environments where caregivers feel valued and empowered in their roles.
She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Management with a minor in Project Management. Her leadership style is also shaped by her background in psychology and human services, which continues to influence her empathetic, solutions-focused approach.
Britany’s passion for home care is deeply personal. Having family members affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, she understands the importance of compassionate, reliable care and the impact it has on both clients and families. She is committed to helping build a culture where caregivers feel supported, communication remains open, and families can trust the care their loved ones receive.

Britany Walker serves as the Office Administrator for Guardian Home Care of Arizona, where she supports caregiver onboarding, human resources, compliance, and day-to-day operations as the organization continues to grow across Arizona. She is passionate about building efficient systems while maintaining a people-first approach that supports caregivers, clients, and families alike.

Ana Rivera
Ana holds an active CNA license and has extensive experience with caregiver oversight and payer coordination involving Medicaid, the VA, and commercial insurance providers. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is passionate about helping families feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout every step of the process.
Outside of work, Ana is a proud mother of four and grandmother who deeply values family and the importance of compassionate care at home.
Aimee Wilson, MSN
With a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and over 11 years of leadership experience, Aimee draws on a broad clinical background that includes 18 years in emergency medicine, 15 years in occupational health, 11 years in home health, and 10 years as an educator. She is also trained in forensic nursing.
Aimee’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. She is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning and community health.
