What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on personal care, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help clients maintain their independence by supporting daily living activities, including meal preparation, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, building meaningful connections with clients and enhancing their quality of life.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
- Provide relief to family caregivers by delivering compassionate care, ensuring clients are well taken care of at home.
- Adhere to the care plan created by the nurse while adapting to each client’s needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient’s home.
- Communicate needs and feedback to the care team when those arise.

Requirements:
- Certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in New Hampshire.
- A genuine passion for caregiving and a compassionate and patient approach to care.
- The ability to communicate needs and feedback to the team when those arise.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check.
- The ability to pass the BEAS registry check (Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services)
- A reliable means of transportation.
