What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on personal care, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help clients maintain their independence by supporting daily living activities, including meal preparation, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, building meaningful connections with clients and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Assist with medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
  • Provide relief to family caregivers by delivering compassionate care, ensuring clients are well taken care of at home.
  • Adhere to the care plan created by the nurse while adapting to each client's needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient’s home.
  • Communicate needs and feedback to the care team when those arise.

Requirements:

  • Certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in New Hampshire.
  • A genuine passion for caregiving and a compassionate and patient approach to care.
  • The ability to communicate needs and feedback to the team when those arise.
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • The ability to pass the BEAS registry check (Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services)
  • A reliable means of transportation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide essential personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

No Training? Here Are Two Options:

  • We offer 8 hours of training upon hire.
